CASE REVIEW

I provide independent review of OWI/DUI investigations for attorneys seeking a detailed assessment of the evidence and the procedures used to obtain it.

A review may include body-camera and squad video, police reports, SFSTs, Drug Recognition Evaluations, chemical testing, and other available evidence. I identify significant deviations, inconsistencies, unsupported conclusions, and issues that may affect the reliability or weight of the evidence.

EXPERT CONSULTATION

Services can range from an initial case review to a written report, attorney consultation, and expert testimony when appropriate.

My role is not to reach a predetermined conclusion. It is to evaluate what occurred, compare it with applicable training and procedures, and explain what the evidence does (and does not) support.
